Sichuan Kitchen is the allegory of a reality in perpetual motion, born from a deep exploration of what lies behind the complex Biàn Liàn, the timeless Sichuan mask-changing art, as well as a representation of different emotions expressed in every gourmet dish served to our beloved guests. As one of the most popular KL restaurants, our venue is a place where spoonfuls of aromatic flavors, authentic Chinese hot pot, and seafood simmer in the name of the past.

Biàn Liàn, a theatrical art of the ancient Chinese Sichuan Opera, has shaped the vision behind Sichuan Kitchen. What takes centre stage is the vortex of vibrant costumes, vividly coloured masks, and dramatic music. We place an emphasis on the masks as a symbol of one person with many faces, which translates into a wealth of flavours while extracting its visually stimulating and theatrical aspects.
